Where is the Symposium on Fine Food + Drink 2011 being held?
The Symposium 2012 will be held at Kulturhalle Zenith in Munich.
Is there a shuttle service?
Yes, there are bus transfers from the various hotels that will ferry delegates directly to the event venue and back. Delegates will be sent the exact bus timetable with their event documentation.
Is the event open to the public?
No, the Symposium on Fine Food + Drink is a closed trade event exclusively for decision-makers in the food industry. The only exceptions are journalists who are welcome to request accreditation.

When do I have to register by to attend the 2011 event?
Industry partners who are presenting their products in a marketplace / on their own stands can register in writing by 25th March 2012. Early booking by 30th December 2011 will entitle the partner to a 5% early booking discount on the participation fee.
Registration for decision-makers from the retail sector can be submitted in writing up to no later than 4 weeks before the event. Essentially, due to the strong demand for places, we recommend registering early.
How many people can I register for my company?
Essentially there is no limit. The only exception is for the gala evening. Industry partners participating in the joint stand:
max. 2 persons
Industry partners participating in the market stand / own stand:
max. 4 persons
All other participants: only on invitation with max. 2 persons
I’d like to become an industry partner. Can I also use my own stand?
